Yes! If you’d prefer to exchange the item for something else, rather than receive a refund, visit your local store. To qualify for an exchange, your purchases must be returned within 60 days undamaged, unused and in their original condition. Please bring along your proof of purchase (normally your receipt) and ID. Keep in mind that any difference in price between your new item and the one you’re exchanging will need to be settled as appropriate. This means you’ll need to pay the difference (if your new item costs more than the one you’re exchanging) or we’ll refund the difference (if your new item costs less than the one you’re exchanging) via the same method used for the original payment.
Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind returns on mattresses, ex floor stock, items sold ‘As Is’ with defects that have been brought to the customer’s attention, ‘Made to Order’ products, pet products, or products purchased in commercial quantities. We do not refund delivery fees. Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
