If you change your mind, we will happily refund the full purchase price of your item, via the same method used for the original payment. To qualify for a refund, your purchases must be returned within 60 days undamaged, unused and in their original condition. Please bring along your proof of purchase (normally your receipt) and ID. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind returns on mattresses, ex floor stock, items sold ‘As Is’ with defects that have been brought to the customer’s attention, ‘Made to Order’ products, pet products, or products purchased in commercial quantities. Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
