You will be contacted to arrange a delivery day once your order is ready to go. (Generally the day before your delivery). During this call you will be given a 2-3 hour delivery window to be home to accept your order. This is based on when the delivery truck is due to be in your area on that day.
If the delivery has not arrived within the delivery window or comes outside of the organised delivery window please contact the store listed in your order confirmation email.
Please note this does not apply to Online Only items or other smaller items delivered via courier as scheduled delivery is not applicable to these items.
