Once you have placed and paid for your order online, it will then be processed and sent through to your nearest store, warehouse, or distribution centre. From here, depending on what you’ve ordered, you will be contacted by one of our team members, or a third-party courier, to arrange delivery or pick up of your items.
If you are contacted by a third-party, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link that you can use to follow your order status. If you have not been contacted within the estimated delivery/collection time, please contact the location listed in your order confirmation for an update on your order.
